I'm a Lead UX / Product Designer. I take data-dense, regulated enterprise software and make it something people can actually use: accessible, bilingual, and consistent across teams.

Lately I've also been designing how people work with AI: conversational interfaces, and LLM-generated forms with a human in the review loop. I'm still the one in Figma.
How I work
Four steps, run on a loop. Real projects are messier than this, but this is the shape.
Decode
Work out what people actually need before drawing anything. Interviews, data, and the patterns that keep showing up.
System
Information architecture and design tokens, so the product still holds together a year and ten designers later.
Generate
Wireframes, prototypes and generative UI. AI speeds up the craft; it doesn't do the thinking.
Validate
Usability tests and analytics, read with a bit of AI help. Judgement first, data to keep me honest.
